Detailed Plans
Behind that seamless ambiance lies meticulous back-end
work, synchronizing the various elements that go into
bringing your design to life.
Once we have fully finalized your dream design and every
last piece of hardware or hue has been determined, we
will prepare the blueprints for the various professionals so
that everything, from demolishing, electricity, voltage
plumbing, engineering, lighting, sheetrock work, molding,
wallpaper, paint, and more will be executed seamlessly – just the way you expect it.
Selections & Purchases
We have extensive experience with top-level vendors
who can offer you prices to match your budget. Our
vendors know that we only contact them once the
plans have been fully finalized and no changes are
expected, and they factor this in when preparing their
price quotes for you.
Here too ,we will guide you through the process,
selecting the materials and finishes. From bathroom
tiles and faucets to window treatments, we will
physically scour the stores and outfit your home so it
is ready for your arrival.
Comprehensive Support
In any construction project, your best quality assurance is
to hire an on-site supervisor , and we highly
recommend
that you do so.
That said, we too will visit the site as needed and continue
guiding you even through this implementation process to
ensure that the professionals know what needs to be
